By using smaller lamps and a thinner diffuser sheet, the
Samsung UE40B7020 LED TVs are 70% slimmer than equivalent fluorescent backlit televisions. Samsung takes slimness a step further by arranging the LEDs around the outside of the screen and pointing them inwards. This optimised structure makes the Samsung LED incredibly slim - just 29.9mm! This really is one Television that looks just as good turned off as it does with the screen on. You may have seen 2 different product codes for the new Samsung 7000 Series LED, the Samsung UE40B7020 and the slightly different UE40B7000, basically they are the exact same model with only a few slight design differences.
The UE40B7000 is DSG group exclusive, DSG is parent owner of the (Dixons, Currys, PC World) chain. So for any Samsung UE40B7020 you buy from either dixons,currys or pc world will infact be the UE40B7000 model.

So what is the difference? Well the only real difference is that this model has a red power light and trim and the UE40B7020 has a white edging to the platinum black finish, but otherwise it has the same spec, with Full HD resolution, four HDMI inputs, a pair of USB inputs and wireless internet connection.
